In an historic sheep barn well over a century old, Derek and Stacey Edinger of Brewery Ardennes, are making their craft beverage dreams come true, and in the process, bringing a valuable new experience to the Finger Lakes. Located in Geneva New York, just around the corning from our Geneva tasting room, the culmination of their careers in high tech, engineering, and hospitality have laid the ground work for an ambitious and exciting project.
